User Data Deletion

Overview

Bryan Rivera AI Automation (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates internal marketing automations that connect to our own Meta and Instagram business accounts to publish content we author. We do not collect, store, or process personal data belonging to third-party users through our Meta integrations.

If you have interacted with our website bryanrivera.ai (for example, submitting a contact form, subscribing to our newsletter, or engaging with our Instagram content), you may request deletion of any personal information we hold about you at any time.

What Data May Exist

Depending on how you have interacted with us, we may hold:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and message content you submitted through contact forms
  • Newsletter subscription records (email address and consent timestamp)
  • Anonymized analytics data (see our Privacy Policy for the full list)
  • Public engagement metadata from our Instagram business accounts (for example, if you have commented on or messaged one of our accounts — this data is stored by Meta, not by us)

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, email us at hello@bryanrivera.ai with the subject line “User Data Deletion Request” and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address, phone number, or Instagram handle associated with the data
  • A brief description of the data you want deleted (or “all data”)

We will confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days, as required by applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, and Meta Platform Terms).

Meta Platform Data

Data stored by Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram) about your account or interactions with our pages is controlled by Meta, not by us. To manage or delete data held by Meta, visit:

Once deletion is complete, we will email you a confirmation. If any data must be retained for legal, tax, or security reasons, we will explain what is retained and why.
