Local SEO & Google Business Profile Program

Rank in the map pack for the queries that actually drive walk-ins and calls. GBP optimization, review velocity, geo-grid rank tracking, and category-suppression detection — the full local stack, one monthly program.

Get Started

Most "Local SEO" is a GBP quick-fix and a stack of citations submitted to directories no one has visited since 2014. It moves the needle for a month, then flatlines. Real Local SEO is a monthly system.

This program covers the four things that actually decide map-pack ranking: a properly configured Google Business Profile (category, services, description, photos, posts), review velocity (how often new reviews come in, not just how many), local schema and location pages on your site, and a geo-grid rank tracker so you know exactly which queries are moving where.

It also catches the thing most Local SEO agencies miss: category suppression. When Google silently demotes a listing because a category re-classification flipped, most agencies never notice. We monitor for it across a geo-grid and flag it inside a week.

Restaurants on the Strip, contractors in Henderson, med spas in Summerlin, dental practices in Green Valley, service-area home services shipping to the whole valley — every one runs on the same core system. One monthly fee. Real dashboard. Reported every 30 days.

What Local SEO Actually Delivers

Local SEO in Las Vegas is a knife fight over the map pack and a review count race against the block. Every deliverable here is scoped to whether it moves the geo-grid or the phone.

  • Invisible in the Vegas map pack for your primary money termGeo-grid tracked ranking gains — measured at 5+ points, reported monthly against a target position
  • 5 reviews while the competitor down the street has 300Review-request drip with real cadence (SMS-first, post-service) plus response coverage on the ones you already have
  • A GBP with no photos, null hours, no weekly post — dead to GoogleA live profile that ranks: photo library, hours, weekly posts, Q&A seeded, categories tuned, services listed with pricing

Local SEO Ops in One Panel

Blog content, LocalBusiness identity, review velocity, GBP posts, geo-grid rank — every channel that feeds Local SEO, tracked in one admin panel. This is the same pattern we ship for clients.

Admin blog panel showing location and service posts scheduled with schema markup

Blog — location and service content that feeds the map pack

Draft, schedule, and publish location-intent posts ("Best HVAC Companies in Summerlin", "Same-day plumbing Henderson") straight from the admin. Article + FAQPage schema baked in. The blog is what makes location and service pages rank alongside GBP.

SEO — LocalBusiness identity editable live

NAP, geo-coordinates, hours, service areas, and the LocalBusiness JSON-LD every page emits — all editable from a real form. Change your hours here and the map-pack signal updates on next crawl.

One panel: new leads this month (with GBP source segmented), review count trend, GBP direction requests, and any suppression alerts. If a category quietly flipped, you see it here first.

How It Works

01

Baseline Audit

One-time deep audit: GBP configuration, review history, geo-grid baseline for 5-10 target queries, citation health, NAP consistency, local schema coverage. $1,500 flat.

02

Fix the Foundation

GBP re-categorized and completed, missing local schema shipped, top NAP inconsistencies patched, review flow deployed, location pages built. Usually 2-3 weeks after audit.

03

Monthly Program

Ongoing: weekly GBP posts, review requests firing, geo-grid re-tracked, monthly citation additions, monthly report. Suppression monitor runs continuously.

04

Quarterly Review

Every 90 days: what moved, what did not, what the map pack looks like now, and what we adjust for the next quarter. Real numbers, not vanity metrics.

Investment
Starting at $1,500· one-time audit

Program from $500/mo

Multi-location pricing available. Final scope after discovery call.

Frequently Asked Questions

Tap any question to expand.

How long before Local SEO shows results?

GBP fixes (category, services, description, photos) can move rankings inside 2-3 weeks. Review velocity effects show in 30-60 days. Broader map-pack ranking changes for competitive queries take 3-6 months. We baseline everything at kickoff so you can see the movement week by week.

How is Local SEO different from regular SEO?

Regular SEO ranks pages in the ten blue links. Local SEO ranks businesses in the map pack — the three-business box that appears above blue links for local queries ("plumber near me", "coffee shop henderson"). Different ranking factors: proximity, category, review count, review velocity, GBP completeness, category-consistent citations. Overlapping fixes: schema, speed, mobile UX. We do both, but this service is the local piece.

Do you handle reviews?

We build the system that generates reviews, not the reviews themselves. Post-service SMS or email flow with a smart router that sends 4-5 star customers to Google and lower-rated ones to an internal channel first. Response templates for the owner to use. We monitor review velocity and flag anomalies (competitor review spam, sudden negative clusters). You still own the customer relationship.

What if I have multiple locations?

Multi-location adds complexity: one GBP per location, category consistency, location page architecture on the site, aggregated review reporting. Pricing scales — the base $500/mo covers up to two locations, additional locations add $200/mo each. We handle chains up to about 30 locations before it becomes a different conversation.

How do you measure Local SEO results?

Four metrics: (1) map-pack visibility across a geo-grid (SoLV — Share of Local Voice), (2) GBP direction requests, calls, and website clicks from GBP Insights, (3) branded and non-branded map-pack search volume in GSC, (4) actual leads and revenue attributed via UTM. We report monthly with all four.

What is "category suppression" and why does it matter?

When your GBP primary category flips (or gets misclassified), Google can silently suppress you from the map pack for your key queries even though everything looks fine in Insights. It is one of the most common invisible killers in Local SEO. We monitor for it — when SoLV goes flat for identical query pairs across a grid, that is the signal. We saw it happen on a client account this year and caught it inside a week.

Do you build local landing pages for each location or service?

Yes — and they are the second biggest lever after GBP. Every service you offer should have its own page with local intent language, LocalBusiness + Service schema, embedded map, testimonials, and internal links from the homepage. Every location gets the same treatment. We ship these as part of implementation and they are cheaper to keep updated than most people think.

Are citations still worth doing in 2026?

The top 20-30 citations still matter — Google uses NAP consistency as a trust signal, and Bing / Apple / Yelp still send real traffic. What is dead is the "500 citation submission" spam service. We audit and fix the top ~30 (Google, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, Yelp, Facebook, BBB, industry-specific sites) monthly and skip the long tail.

Do you work with Home Services / SAB businesses (no storefront)?

Yes — service-area businesses are half our Local SEO book. GBP hides the street address, service areas are configured properly, category and service listings are calibrated for SAB, and location pages target the metros you actually serve. Same monthly program, adjusted for the SAB pattern.
