NV Landscapes had an outdated website with no content management system, no lead tracking, and no automation. Their SEO agency needed CMS access to manage content, and the business had no way to qualify incoming leads or help customers visualize landscaping projects before committing.
We rebuilt the entire platform on Next.js 16 with Sanity CMS, delivering 126 pages of optimized content. The centerpiece is an AI Landscape Visualizer powered by Imagen 4 — customers upload a photo of their yard and see an AI-generated rendering of the proposed design. We built a lead qualification system with intent scoring (3-9 scale) and a 7-stage pipeline, smart review routing that sends 4-5 star reviews to Google and routes lower ratings to internal improvement feedback, and n8n automation workflows for reporting. The SEO agency got full CMS and GTM access to manage content independently.
