The Challenge

SocialBooth LV was running on an outdated Webflow site with no CMS control, broken Google Ads campaigns that were targeting a 23,000-person neighborhood instead of the 2.3 million Las Vegas metro area, zero lead tracking, no conversion attribution, and a mobile PageSpeed score of 45.

The Solution

We executed a full platform migration from Webflow to Next.js with Sanity CMS. Rebuilt all 3 Google Ads campaigns from scratch with proper geographic targeting, created a full admin panel with a 6-stage quote pipeline and lead scoring, implemented conversion tracking across all 6 forms with GTM v8, and deployed a comprehensive SEO strategy with schema markup, FAQ accordions, and Google Business Profile optimization.
