Our Work
How we drive leads, reclaim hours, carry a brand, and sell online — organized by the outcome, not the stack. Every example is a live small-business site we shipped.
Lead Generation — Every Inbound Ranked, Scored, and Routed
When a lead lands at 11pm, what happens? We build the intake system that catches, scores, and routes it before Monday morning. Same pipes we run internally — LLM scoring on every message, hot leads pinging the owner via SMS, cold leads dripped into a nurture flow, none of it depending on a human remembering.
NV Landscapes
126-page rebuild with an LLM lead-scoring intake (3–9 intent scale), a 7-stage pipeline, and smart review routing that sends 4–5 star reviews straight to Google.
LodeRx
Dual-path AI health review — ElevenLabs voice agent and Claude-powered text chat — feeding an eight-workflow n8n backbone that runs forms, leads, and Stripe checkout end to end.
Operations & Automation — Hours Back to the Team
Every business runs on a few workflows nobody talks about — the ones that eat weekends. We wire them so they run themselves: form to CRM to SMS to calendar, quotes generated from the form data, monthly reports emailed on the 1st with the numbers already in.
SocialBooth LV
Webflow → Next.js migration, a 6-stage quote pipeline with lead scoring, GTM v8 conversion tracking across all six forms, and three Google Ads campaigns rebuilt after the previous setup was targeting a 23K neighborhood instead of the 2.3M Vegas metro.
NV Landscapes
The same landscaping rebuild also runs the automation stack — n8n workflows for reporting and lead notifications, review routing that separates public reviews from internal improvement feedback, and a full admin panel for blog, SEO, media, and redirects.
Brand & Portfolio — Sites That Carry a Story
When the site IS the pitch — a personal brand, an artist portfolio, a heritage restaurant — the design has to do the sell. These are the builds where craft and cultural specificity matter as much as conversion, and the codebase still ships with Core Web Vitals in the green.
Jon Ney
Cinematic portfolio for a multi Billboard-charting music producer — theme-switchable design system (three concepts swap via CSS variables), a nine-section flow with Lucille film credit and YouTube release reel, and next/og-generated share metadata.
Sam Ellington
Musician brand site with an integrated 3-track music player, a Google Calendar API sync for live-updating event dates, a photo/video gallery, and a Resend-powered booking inquiry form — all under a warm "Autumn Serenade" design system.
Shibam Coffee
Heritage-inspired grand-opening site for a Yemeni cafe in Philadelphia — Shibam mud-brick tower motifs, terracotta and navy palette, video hero, Supabase-powered pre-launch email capture, and LocalBusiness schema targeting the University City area.
Ecommerce Sales — Selling Online Without Losing the Store
Ecommerce with real compliance stakes and multiple payment paths — not a Shopify template. Custom stack decisions at every layer: headless when it saves speed, WooCommerce when the admin ecosystem is doing the work, custom when neither fits.
